1. How Instant In-App Refunds Work
When you initiate an activation order, the required cost is held in escrow. If the third-party service fails to dispatch the SMS code, or if carrier network congestion prevents timely delivery within the 20-minute timer, our system marks the order as cancelled and returns 100% of the funds to your usable QuackSMS balance without any deduction.
2. Long-Term Number Rentals Refund Policy
For long-term rentals (1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days), you have a 30-minute inspection window after receiving the number to test SMS delivery. If the line fails to receive verification messages during this test period, you can release the line via your Rent dashboard for an immediate full balance refund.
3. Requesting a Payment Source Refund
If you have deposited funds and wish to withdraw your remaining balance back to your original credit card, bank account, or crypto wallet, simply contact our support team at support@quacksms.com or via Telegram @quacksms_support. Processing times:
- UPI & NetBanking (Cashfree): Processed within 5 to 7 banking business days directly back to the originating bank account or VPA.
- Credit & Debit Cards: Processed within 5 to 7 banking business days.
- Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, TON): Processed within 2 to 12 hours.
