By creating an account, depositing balance, or acquiring temporary or rental virtual numbers on QuackSMS (quacksms.com), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

2. Description of Service

QuackSMS provides automated routing and GSM gateway access to temporary virtual and cellular telephone numbers for the sole purpose of receiving short message service (SMS) codes for verification, authentication, and quality assurance testing.

3. Prohibited Use Policy

You agree never to use QuackSMS numbers for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities, including but not limited to:

• Financial fraud, stolen payment method verification, or money laundering
• Harassment, threats, or distribution of illegal materials
• Spamming, telemarketing abuse, or DDoS operations
• Circumventing government embargoes or export controls

Any account found in violation of this section is subject to immediate permanent termination without refund.

4. Billing & Refund Policy

QuackSMS operates strictly on a success-only model for one-time activations. If an SMS message is not received within the activation window, 100% of the deduction is automatically credited back to your account balance. Balance refunds to the original payment source can be requested via our 24/7 support team.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimers

While QuackSMS maintains an average 99.2% uptime across our global carrier gateways, we do not guarantee that third-party platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, Telegram) will indefinitely permit registration from particular carrier ranges.
